At DEEJAZ, we want you to shop with confidence. If there is a genuine issue with your order, we offer a 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy on eligible products, subject to the conditions outlined below.
7-Day Return & Exchange Window
Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 7 calendar days of delivery.
To qualify, customers must:
- Contact DEEJAZ within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Clearly communicate the issue or reason for the request.
- Obtain return or exchange approval from our support team before sending any item back.
Returns or exchanges requested after the 7-day period may not be accepted.
Conditions for Return & Exchange
To be eligible for return or exchange, the product must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned with all original packaging, accessories, inserts, manuals, tags, and promotional items.
- Be packed securely and properly.
- Be repacked using suitable protective packaging similar to the way it was originally dispatched.
- Reach us in a resalable condition.
Items returned without proper packaging or protection may be rejected if they arrive damaged during return transit.
Evidence Required for Claims
For claims involving:
- Wrong item received
- Missing item
- Damaged item
- Defective item
- Shipping-related concerns
Customers must provide clear photographs and/or an unboxing video showing the issue.
Without sufficient evidence, DEEJAZ may be unable to verify the claim and reserve the right to decline the request.
We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video when opening your package.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
We may not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Used products
- Damaged products caused after delivery
- Products showing signs of misuse, negligence, modification, or improper handling
- Products missing original packaging or included contents
- Products exchanged, replaced, tampered with, or altered
- Products purchased from another seller, marketplace, retailer, or unauthorized source
- Clearance, liquidation, promotional, discounted, or sale items unless required by applicable law
- Requests submitted after the return eligibility period
Product Condition & Manufacturing Variations
DEEJAZ works hard to ensure that products are accurately described and suitable for their intended purpose.
As an importer, distributor, and reseller, DEEJAZ does not manufacture most products offered for sale.
Certain products may arrive factory sealed and cannot reasonably be opened or inspected before dispatch. Such products are sold in the condition received from the manufacturer or supplier.
Minor manufacturing variations, cosmetic imperfections, packaging differences, color variations, finishing marks, or factory-related inconsistencies that do not materially affect the intended use of the product may not be considered defects.
DEEJAZ is not responsible for product damage resulting from misuse, accidents, improper care, normal wear and tear, or customer handling after delivery.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, return shipping and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the returned item is safely packaged and shipped to the designated DEEJAZ warehouse address provided after approval.
DEEJAZ is not responsible for items lost or damaged while being returned by the customer.
Taxes, Duties & Non-Refundable Charges
Product prices displayed on our website include applicable taxes, duties, levies, and government-imposed charges where required.
Such taxes, duties, levies, processing fees, and similar charges paid, collected, remitted, or incurred in connection with a completed sale are generally non-refundable and may not be claimed back from DEEJAZ.
Shipping charges, courier fees, payment processing fees, and other service-related charges may also be non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Inspection & Approval
All returned products are subject to inspection upon receipt.
Approval of a return request does not automatically guarantee approval of a refund or exchange.
DEEJAZ reserves the right to inspect returned products and determine whether the return conditions have been met.
Refunds
Where a refund is approved, refunds will generally be processed using a reasonable payment method selected by DEEJAZ, including:
- Bank transfer
- Digital wallet transfer
- Store credit
- Other suitable payment methods
Refund processing times may vary depending on banking systems, payment providers, and operational requirements.
Exchanges
Where an exchange is approved, DEEJAZ will arrange dispatch of the replacement item after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved.
If the requested replacement product is unavailable, DEEJAZ may offer an alternative solution, store credit, or refund at its discretion.
Right to Refuse Requests
DEEJAZ reserves the right to refuse any return, refund, or exchange request that:
- Does not comply with this policy
- Contains inaccurate or misleading information
- Lacks sufficient supporting evidence
- Involves suspected fraud, abuse, misuse, or policy manipulation
