Delivery Coverage
DEEJAZ currently delivers to selected major cities and serviceable urban areas across Pakistan through our logistics and courier partners.
Delivery availability depends on courier network coverage, operational feasibility, and serviceability of the destination area. Certain remote, rural, restricted, or high-risk locations may not be eligible for delivery.
DEEJAZ reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or modify delivery arrangements where delivery is not operationally feasible.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Processing and dispatch times may vary during:
- Public holidays
- Seasonal sales and promotions
- High-volume order periods
- Operational disruptions
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Estimated delivery timelines are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed delivery commitments.
Shipping Notifications & Tracking
Once an order has been dispatched, our system may automatically send shipping updates, tracking information, and delivery notifications through WhatsApp or other communication channels.
While we strive to ensure successful delivery of notifications, technical issues, carrier limitations, network interruptions, customer device settings, or third-party platform restrictions may prevent notifications from being delivered.
Failure to receive a tracking notification does not affect the validity of an order or shipment.
Shipping Charges
Applicable shipping charges are displayed on product pages, cart pages, and checkout pages before order confirmation.
Shipping rates may change without prior notice due to factors including but not limited to:
- Fuel price fluctuations
- Government taxes and duties
- Regulatory changes
- Security conditions
- Weather disruptions
- Courier surcharges
- Remote area delivery fees
- Customer-requested delivery modifications
- Other operational circumstances
The shipping charges displayed at the time an order is placed shall generally apply to that order unless an obvious pricing error has occurred.
Free Shipping Promotions
DEEJAZ may periodically offer free shipping promotions during special campaigns, seasonal events, limited-time offers, or for orders exceeding a specified value.
Such promotions may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
Cash on Delivery (COD) & Prepaid Orders
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible locations and orders at DEEJAZ's discretion.
For prepaid orders, shipments may be dispatched with a courier label showing a collection amount of zero.
Customers acknowledge that courier companies operate independently and may occasionally make operational mistakes, including delays, routing errors, status errors, or incorrect return processing of prepaid shipments.
DEEJAZ will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in resolving such issues but cannot guarantee the actions, decisions, or performance of third-party courier companies.
Delivery Partners
DEEJAZ utilizes independent third-party logistics providers and courier services to fulfill deliveries.
Once an order has been handed over to a courier partner, delivery operations become subject to the courier's procedures, network, operational capacity, and service standards.
DEEJAZ shall not be responsible for delays, failed delivery attempts, route changes, service interruptions, lost profits, indirect damages, or consequential losses arising from the actions or omissions of third-party delivery providers.
Delivery Attempts
Courier partners generally make one to two delivery attempts.
If a shipment remains undelivered due to customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, incorrect information, or other customer-related reasons, the package may be returned to DEEJAZ.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch requests.
Repeated COD Refusal Policy
Cash on Delivery services involve actual shipping, handling, packaging, and operational costs.
If a customer repeatedly places orders and refuses confirmed deliveries without a valid reason, DEEJAZ reserves the right to:
- Restrict or suspend COD privileges
- Require advance payment for future orders
- Cancel pending orders
- Refuse future orders associated with specific accounts, phone numbers, names, or delivery addresses
DEEJAZ reserves sole discretion in determining abuse or misuse of COD services.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete shipping information
- Providing a valid and reachable phone number
- Remaining available for courier communication
- Reviewing shipping details before submitting an order
DEEJAZ shall not be liable for delays, failed deliveries, returned shipments, additional costs, or losses resulting from incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or misleading customer information.
Delays Beyond Our Control
Delivery timelines may be affected by circumstances outside DEEJAZ's reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Severe weather conditions
- Government restrictions
- Security situations
- Transportation disruptions
- Public holidays
- Strikes
- Natural disasters
- Internet or communication outages
- Force majeure events
Under such circumstances, delivery obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the disruption without liability to DEEJAZ.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Shipments
Customers must report any delivery-related issue within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
DEEJAZ may request photographs, videos, packaging evidence, or additional information to investigate claims.
Failure to provide requested information may affect claim eligibility.
DEEJAZ reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution based on available evidence and courier investigation results.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- DEEJAZ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.
- DEEJAZ shall not be liable for losses arising from courier delays, service interruptions, customer unavailability, incorrect information, or events beyond our reasonable control.
- Any liability arising from an order shall be limited to the purchase price actually paid for the affected product.
Nothing in this policy shall exclude any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Policy Updates
DEEJAZ reserves the right to modify, update, replace, or amend this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.
The latest version published on our website shall govern all orders and shipping activities.
Right to Refuse, Cancel, or Limit Orders
DEEJAZ reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to refuse, cancel, suspend, hold, limit, or reject any order before or after payment confirmation where reasonably necessary to protect our business operations, customers, logistics partners, or legal interests.
Orders may be cancelled or refused for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
- Pricing, listing, inventory, technical, or system errors
- Product unavailability
- Delivery restrictions or non-serviceable locations
- Incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, or unverifiable customer information
- Failure to respond to order verification requests
- Suspected abuse of promotions, discounts, vouchers, referral programs, or free shipping offers
- Repeated order refusals or misuse of Cash on Delivery services
- Orders that may expose DEEJAZ to financial, operational, legal, or reputational risk
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
In the event that a prepaid order is cancelled by DEEJAZ, the customer shall generally be entitled to a refund of the amount successfully received by DEEJAZ, subject to applicable payment processing fees, banking charges, currency conversion fees, regulatory deductions, or other unavoidable transaction costs where applicable.
DEEJAZ reserves the right to request additional verification or identification before accepting, processing, dispatching, or completing any order.
Nothing in this policy shall obligate DEEJAZ to fulfill every order submitted through its website, social media channels, marketplaces, communication platforms, or any other sales channel.
The decision to accept, reject, process, dispatch, or cancel an order shall remain solely with DEEJAZ, subject to applicable laws and consumer protection requirements.
